Safety 1st NZ Celebrates 8 Years of Growth and Gratitude

Eight years ago, Amelia and I (Barry) embarked on this incredible journey with Safety 1st NZ, aiming to provide the best workwear in NZ and quality work gear to hard-working New Zealanders. Last Friday, we celebrated this milestone with our team, partners, and customers at a morning tea shout. There were sammies and savouries and birthday cake!

Thanks also to Miriam from Mocha Rocka Coffee, who was on hand to provide everyone with a much-needed caffeine hit. Her coffee was the perfect addition to our celebration, energising our guests and us for the day ahead.

Amelia and I couldn’t be prouder of how far we’ve come. What started as a small venture has grown into something truly special, and that’s thanks to the incredible people we work with and the customers who have entrusted us with their safety needs. We’ve built a reputation for quality, reliability, and putting people first, which is something we’ve never lost sight of.

We want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of our customers for believing in us, from those who have been with us from day one to the new faces we meet along the way. Your trust means the world to us, and we’re excited about what the future holds as we continue to grow and serve the New Zealand workforce.
